Returns and Exchanges

Product(s) can be exchanged/returned to our Warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note:

  • The product must be unused.

  • All tags must be intact.

  • Packing should be in original condition.

  • Invoice must be attached.

Note:

  • Products bought on sale are NOT eligible for exchange.

  • Color variation due to lighting or monitor settings is not a valid reason for exchange.

  • Any extra fabric or patches used in shoots will only be provided if mentioned in the product description.

Local Orders (Within Pakistan)

  • Size exchange of full-priced items is allowed (if stock is available) by sending the product back to our warehouse via local courier within 14 days of delivery.
    ➤ Return courier charges are not covered by SMG Family Florals.

  • Exchange for a different item is allowed on full-priced items only by sending it back via local courier within 14 days.
    ➤ Any price difference and courier charges are to be paid by the customer.

  • If you receive a wrong or defective item, we offer a free pickup service. Alternatively, you may return the item yourself once our representative approves your claim, and we will issue store credit to cover the courier charges.
    ➤ Claim must be made within 14 days of delivery.
    ➤ Replacement process may take up to 3 weeks, depending on stock availability.

  • No courier reimbursement is provided unless requested by our representative.

  • Please follow washing instructions strictly.
    ➤ For unstitched fabric, pre-soaking and drying is advised to avoid shrinking.

  • The current exchange rate will apply on all refunds/exchanges.

  • If the returned item goes on sale, compensation will be based on the sale price, not the original price.

  • After return assessment, you may be offered an exchange or store credit (e-currency – usable ONLINE only), subject to availability.

International Orders

We do not offer Return and Exchange on any International orders.

  • If a defective/damaged item is received, a replacement will be sent after verification.

  • If the same product/size is unavailable, a full store credit or refund will be offered.

  • Discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. No claim will be entertained afterward.

  • Current exchange rate will apply on refunds.

  • If returned item goes on sale, compensation will be based on the sale price.

  • SMG Family Florals reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges if abuse is detected.

Refund Policy

We have a No Refund Policy. Refunds may be allowed only in exceptional cases (e.g., out-of-stock or defective products).

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within approximately two weeks of processing.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • We will not process refunds if the customer refuses to accept the parcel. Instead, store credit (usable online only) will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse.

  • If only part of a paid order is out of stock, a partial refund will be issued. If the entire order is cancelled, a full refund will be processed within two weeks.

  • Current exchange rate will apply on all refunds.
